pt-BR/toolkit/defines.inc uses a wrong encoding.  pt chars are replaced by a "?"
in chrome.rdf.

It isn't a blocker for Firefox 1.0 pt-BR, but should be fixed for Thunderbird
1.0 and Firefox 1.0.1
