ISP has individual sections that can be edited/customized to your preferences,
however, unable to edit "My Photo" box which allows you to select a photo that
is located on your desktop or folder and have the photo show on your individual
ISP page.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into AT&T 
2. go to "My AT&T"
3. select "My Photo"

Actual Results:  
Nothing. I could not get one of my personal photos to download, however, if you
were to select a photo that was installed by AT&T it would load and show in the box.

Expected Results:  
Before I downloaded your newest version of Firefox "My Photo" box was working
just fine.
Likely caused by the fix for bug 268793.
