269749 - comments pages load too slowly -- should be page-ified

In general, it takes too long to get what you want from a "More Comments..." page.

Example: I visited the "FlashGot" extension summary page and found the featured
user comment interesting, but it was in reply to a previous comment, so I
visited the full comment listing to discover the context. "FlashGot", being the
most popular extension has a lot of comments. The problem, however, is that they
are all on one page and, since they are sorted with the oldest comments shown
first, users are forced to wait for the entire page to load before finding
anything relevant. In my case, I had to wait 30+ seconds to load completely.

Resolution: Comment listings should be broken into pages and sorted with the
most recent entries first (sorting is mentioned in another bug: 255721; but
page-ification justifies this bug's existence).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit included URL (or URL of any popular extension).

Actual Results:  
Was forced to download and render all comments given since the publishing of the
extension. 30+ seconds lost.

Expected Results:  
Should have been promptly delivered to an acceptably short and relevant page
featuring only the most recent comments (less than 50 of them, as opposed to the
current total of 630).
