Netscape Devedge was descontinued and ECMA Changes the address of the PDF that
contains the standard.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a letter
2.Use one of the links

Actual Results:
My service provider DNS dont find it. Mozilla says that the link is broken

If its the wish of Mozilla.org is continue to use this sites as a example, it
can use this url:

http://web.archive.org/web/20031202214650/devedge.netscape.com/

as base to urls for it contains all Devedge contents.
The new location of the PDF standards for ECMAScript is:

http://www.ecma-international.org/publications/files/ecma-st/ECMA-262.pdf

Probably should dupe this to bug 266703

Not a dupe.
I doubt using http://web.archive.org/* helps TE much. What we need is some real
web standard contents

We now have http://devedge-temp.mozilla.org that is a mirror of all the old devedge.netscape.com content. Most of it is being copied over to wiki form on http://developer.mozilla.org/.
