Once download is complete I cannot install.  I receive a message  indicating
that an entry point string could not be located in the dynamic link library
xpcomdll.  If I try to reinstall it won't do anything.  If I remove, re-download
and reinstall I get the same message.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download from Mozilla Site
2.Install
3.Procedure Entry Point Error

Actual Results:  
Error message and then the program seems to go dead.  Netscape also will not
install.

Expected Results:  
Installed so I could access.

Did you try to remove c:\pogram files\mozilla.org\Mozilla and c:\program
files\common Files\mozilla.org ?

milestone or a recent (no more than 3 days old) nightly build, then feel free to
re-open.
