I've found this directory at mozilla.org and I think that you need to remove
some or all Netscape Communicator files at this path to avoid mistakes about
licenses and l10n-kits differences between Communicator and Firefox.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/l10n-kits
2. Look at the column `Last modified' and think about the path name and the very
old content versus very new content.
3. LICENSE file and most of the contents found at
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/l10n-kits , but not all, refers to
Netscape Communicator.
Actual Results:  
Before I browse this path I was really confused about the
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/l10n-kits/LICENSE file, but now I know
this is a very old file file dated from `28-Mar-1998' as you can see at this path.

Expected Results:  
It may cause a lot of confusion to some people as I had.

I think that it's deprecated considering the state of the Mozilla project today.
Please update the contents of this directory.
