User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 When on kuro5hin.or, http://www.dailykos.org, and other Scoop-rendered sites, clicking on links leads to stalling and (most often) total lockups. Pages open in other windows stop working, too. This is a new thing with FF1. I did not experience this with 0.9x branch builds. Does not happen in IE, Opera or Safari. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to page using Scoop (a perl-based dynamic CMS). 2. Click on a link. 3. Only occasionally it takes a second link click. Actual Results: The processing icon starts to spin, but the status bar still says page load is done. If I wait a minute or two, the page may start to load, but not always. Meanwhile all other pages open also stop functioning. New URL in address bar yields no response. About 10% of the time, closing the window of the Scoop site leads to regaining browser function. Expected Results: Load the new page. It usually takes 2 or 3 times of selecting Quit Firefox (or apple-Q) for the program to actually close. Less than 10% of the time it takes Force Quit. Closing usually takes 20 seconds or more from closing of actual windows to closing of FF from the title bar. I searched for existing reports. This is such a specific problem, I did not find any open or unconfirmed bugs listed. My apologies if I'm repeating something already reported. I love FF!!!

Using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3 OS X.8.2: WFM. Went to Daily Kos site and was able to click links with no issues.

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01". This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code. While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug (given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more reproduction information if you have it. If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved. Thank you for your help in this matter.
