With "always use my fonts" switched on in preferences, and a monospaced font
specified for the "monospace" font setting, text/plain documents are displayed
in the default proportional font.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch on "always use my fonts"
2. Set default "monospace" font to a monospaced font
3. View a text/plain document, e.g example URL above

Actual Results:  
Document shown in proportional font

Expected Results:  
Document shown in monospaced font

This looks kind-of like #79074, except that viewing text/plain documents gave
the right font in older versions; now it doesn't.
