I have been an IE user for many years and I converted over to Firefox a couple
of months ago. AS I have encountered small differences with pages not loading
correctly I have added those pages to allow pop-ups, etc. an in most cases that
solved the problem. I am still having difficulty with 1 online research panel
that I belong to which is Memolink or OTX Research. The latest survey link is
as follows; http://www.memolink.com/po1.cfm?ID=46103&K=61046&U=103051504

When I auto click on the link in my email (Outlook express) I am automatically
taken to the disqulaified page, however, when I copy and paste the above link
into IE I get something completely different which is what I am suppossed to
get. Please advise.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Copy and Paste URL into Browser - Firefox - See Result
2.Copy and Paste URL into IE Browser - Compare Initial Page results
3.

Actual Results:
When I copy and paste the URL listed above into Firefox or click on it from the
email I get sent to this
URL;http://survey.otxresearch.com/NoSupport.aspx?user_id=mrv4eqNvvuFefqLkk4kLQg%3d%3d
When I enter the same URL into IE I get sent to this URL which allowas me to
attempt to take the
survey;http://survey.otxresearch.com/SurveyFrame.aspx?user_id=JTMywlXsVsBefqLkk4kLQg%3d%3d

Expected Results:
Should be sent to this
URL;http://survey.otxresearch.com/SurveyFrame.aspx?user_id=JTMywlXsVsBefqLkk4kLQg%3d%3d

I just tried the identical scenario in Netscape and obtained identical results
to what I got from Firefox.
This is a problem with the website, not Firefox. --> Technology Evangelism, US

Seems like a site compatibility issue based on UA strings. Tested with Firefox 29.
 We apologize for any inconvenience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion.
I think we can close this. Other surveys on the site seem to work. Thanks for testing Andrew.

If anyone disagrees we can reopen.
