When importing a text file into the address book all possible fields are checked
as default. Since I am only importing three fields I need to uncheck virtually
all the fields.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open address book
2. Tools / Import
3. 'Address Books' / Next
4. Browse to a text file and select

Actual Results:
All the possible fields are listed and each is checked

Expected Results:
Listed all fields with none checked
or
List a 'Clear' button
or
Have a drop down for each filed present in the input data file and choose the
fiedd for each separately (like in Netscape 4.76) - preferred method, much simpler
