On any page with a mailto: link, click on the link.
Outlook Express is launched rather than Mozilla Mail.

I have checked and reset the Windows Set Program Access Defaults to run Mozilla
Mail.  FireFox still launches Outlook Express.

This is actually a bug in Mozilla Mail, since it doesn't register the mailto:
protocol.  So when Firefox passes the mailto: URL to the OS, it opens the
default mailto: handler, which by default is Outlook Express.
