On the main page there is a list of films near the centre-bottom. If you use the
mouse wheel to scroll down the list, when it gets to the end it scrolls the page
down (the Google ad has been pushed onto a new line, giving the room to scroll).

I believe this is in fact the desired behavior (when no further scrolling can
happen in the innermost scroll scope, scroll the next outer scroll scope).
Product: Browser → Seamonkey
I haven't signed up the look at the site, but if we are talking about a
normal <select> list - then yes, this is the expected behaviour for mouse
wheel scroll.
