Based closely (a rewrite, basically) upon the excellent work of Scott Stroz
(www.boyzoid.com), this extension is designed to display, in humorous language,
the current threat level at the Department of Homeland Security, with an
explicit aim at parodying the entire concept, and placing the blame for its
creation squarely upon President George W. Bush.

Extension is fully 9.x and 1.0-compatible, and has been tested on Windows,
Linux, and OS X.

Note, this description varies in minor ways from the install.rdf included.

The second description works for me. It's ok to post, as long as it doesn't
start attracting too many trolls and flamebait, and it generally stays as just a
satirical look at the DHS color code system and not for or against the current
US President. no matter what our various opinions of him, or his stupidity might be.

Updated extension - moved the web service query directly to the DHS website per
boyzoid's gracious request (and helpful suggestion).  Additional language
cleanups and icon enhancements.  Should be less partisan, directing humor solely
at the DHS color-coding system without partisanship.
