Firefox should use less CPU thread priority
I use Winamp to play music files and if I browse with Firefox and if I make
scrolling on one page I get intrerupted play of music.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open one page like www.tomshardware.com or another with many flash
animations or javascripts
2. Open Winamp then play a music file
3. Make an very fast scroll up and down repeatedly on that webpage then you
should hear some intrerupted music play
4. It depend on the CPU power and tehnology to happen this tasc but an non HT
processor with a low CPU frequency should make this issue happen, on my sistem
this problem happens, esspecially with Windows XP SP2 where I see that
multitasking it is managed diferently from the SP1 that I used before.
Actual Results:

Expected Results:
Make an option like use CPU thread Low, Medium, Normal, High.
