in update.mozilla.org, some of the rankings of the extensions and themes are wrong

Steps to Reproduce:
1.update.mozilla.org
2.click "browse extensions" or "browse themes"
3.analyze the comments and compare them to the rank of the theme

Actual Results:  
the stars did not seem to match

Expected Results:  
fix the problem
Ratings include non-comment rating-only values which are not displayed on the
list. So just totaling up the comments values will not give you the result.
