If you close TB's main window while downloading something from a link in TB,
there is no way to get the main TB window back.
Therefore, if you are downloading a big file and accidentally close TB (but not
the download window, you have to wait till the end of the download to check or
write emails.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. right click a link in an email, "save link as"
2. close all the other TB windows, except the download one

Actual Results:  
You can not get TB back before the download is completed or cancelled.

Expected Results:  
you should be able to get TB back.
