I have a two screen system and when a pop-up menu appears for a Firefox window
on the second monitor it is always positioned on the first monitor hard against
the right-hand side of the first screen.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. right-click on a web page on the second monitor

Actual Results:  
pop-up appears on the first monitor

Expected Results:  
pop-up should appear on the second monitor
