When trying to print http://www.holdem.se/?p=articles&id=1 only one page is
printed. Also, the bottom of the page says "Page 1 of 1", although there are
many more pages to print (when printing with IE it prints 5 pages).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Menu: File->Print...
2. Verify that "All" is selected
3. Press "Print"
or
1. Press Print icon in toolbar
2. Verify that "All" is selected
3. Press "Print"
Actual Results:  
Only the first page is printed

Expected Results:  
Print all pages
