cvs.mozilla.org seems to ignore more files than cvs-mirror.mozilla.org. Here are some files I would like ignored globally on cvs-mirror.mozilla.org, .deps _xpidlgen *.OBJ
reassigning to Risto, changing Component to Server Operations
