Steps on above URL and others like it or other sources:

Return to original URL tab
Click Page Up or Page Down once or a few times
A flashing vertical line appears and page up or down locks up

It becomes necessary to use vertical scroll bar to move up or down
Did not have this problem with prior builds of Firefox 0.9 etc
Does not occur with Mozilla 1.7.3 or prior versions
Problem occurs also when click is on Open in New Page and regardless of which
option affecting browsing is selected
I only have one computer so do not know what happens on others

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just follow steps outlined above
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Same vertical line and lock up of Page up or down

Cannot reproduce here on Windows XP. Sounds like a display driver issue to me.
Summary: In Friefox 1.0 after rightclick on link, click on Open in New Tab, page up and page down lock up with a flashing vertical line on page. → In Firefox 1.0 after rightclick on link, click on Open in New Tab, page up and page down lock up with a flashing vertical line on page.
I am having the same problem. It is very noticable on fark.com especially in the
forums. The blinking cursor remains locked onto something and pgup/pgdn will not
work or will be limited. It seems like it is having problems with the html on
webpages.
