The horizontal bars come and go between different sections of the image as the
window is re-sized. IE6 & Opera allow re-sizing without these bars appearing.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.log onto URL http://www.gemsphoto.info/2004Gallery/pages/006.htm
2.re-size window (width) and see the image shrink and expand as the window width
is adjusted.
3.

Actual Results:
Note the pixel-high bands which come and go as the width is altered.

Expected Results:
Picture should appear as a continuous image at all times as the window is re-sized.
Bug also present under Windows XP/SP2.
