Change the default server value for RSS servers to use quick mode.

This was based on some feedback by Steve Gilmour and the Gilmour gang about
proper RSS feed reader behavior.

It also hides some hard to fix bugs with showing the a web page inside of a
nested iframe such as:

1) http auth dialogs failing to come up
2) space bar not scrolling through the message body
3) proxy issues with a url inside of an iframe

I hope it's not to evil of me to add a generic default server pref that is RSS
specific...I think we do the same thing for IMAP accounts ...
