Backing out of setting up an RSS News & Blogs and instead setup a newsgroup
account, the default name changes to "News and Blogs".



Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to New Account Setup dialog and select RSS News & Blogs
2. When you get to the Congratulations dialog, click Back button until you
return to the New Account Setup dialog.
3. Now setup a Newsgroup acct and enter info: Uname, email, and newsgroup server.

Actual Results:  
At the Account Name dialog, instead of it auto filling the newsgroup server it
displays "News and Blogs".

Expected Results:  
Expected it to display the newsgroup server as displayed if you were to
initially setup a newsgroup acct.

they main problem with this is, under this scenario, if the user creates an RSS
feed afterwards, it'll use the same default name "News & Blogs", but this
account now becomes non functional.  Meaning in the Account Settings dialog for
the RSS account, the Account Name is missing, the Check for new articles is NOT
checked and is missing the default amount of 100 minutes, and the Manage
Subscriptions no longer allows you to add subscriptions.

yes, I see this with the steps 123. Both ways. 
-Start with Blog and News Feeds and it will always propose that name
-Start with news groups and it will always propose the name you write for the server

basically you have the step with the name of the acc to write, it's just an issue of what name tb is suggesting, and it seams that if you've started one way it keeps proposing that.

Feed account creation has changed and this is no longer possible in Thunderbird.
