Details

By placing the cursor in the Account Name text field in setting up an RSS
account, going to the next page places a blinking cursor on the static
Congratulations dialogbox.

Reproducible: Always
Steps:
1. Go to New Account Setup and setup an RSS News & Blogs account.
2. When you get to the Account Name dialog, click in the Account Name text field
to place the cursor and go to the next dialog.

Results:
A blinking cursor is displayed in in the Congratulations dialog.

Expected:
No cursor to appear.

Note:
This only occurs on Mac builds.
this is a dupe of an old famous account wizard bug on Mac OS X.
