I receive daily a Tip of the Day from http://www.kimkomando.com. In the upper
most part of the mail, there are different color diagonal lines that extend from
left margin all to include right margin. Lines start about 6" in length at the
left margin, gets shorter then back to 6" in the right margin.

Expected Results:  
No diagonal lines. This does not happen when I access using IE6.
