In the url testcase, you can't see a focus outline when you focus one of the
headline links (second column).
This is because the html is constructed like this: <a
href="htpp//..."><div>headline</div></a>
I think it is reasonable to expect some sort of focus outline to indicate that
something has been focused.

I'll attach a minimised testcase.
This is possibly related to bug 261708.

This is the result of what Mozilla and IE6 are doing when focusing these links.

Maybe, what IE6 is doing is not entirely correct, but I think it makes more
sense than what Mozilla is doing currently.
