On edit preferences/Appearance tab if I check the Enabled box for Timestamps get
the above message and:

Can show timestamps ok from the main menu though ie View > show timestamps

Actual Results:  
chatizilla still peforms ok

Expected Results:  
shown the timestamps
Was not able to reproduce this on Chatzilla 0.9.66e [Firefox 0.10.1/20040913] (I
haven't had the time to update Firefox at school yet)

Using Tools > Options > Appearance > Timestamps > check enabled.
Clicked OK, everything worked fine.
Could this be a Mozilla Bug?
