(i wish there was a better place to file bugs like this) The xbl for printpreview is in toolkit http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/toolkit/components/printing/content/printPreviewBindings.xml but the css to actually use it is not http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/browser/base/content/browser.css#8
