Middle mouse button clicking is standard procedure in Safari and AFAIR, in the
Windows version of Firefox. Middle-clicking on Firefox Mac does not result in
any action.

Expected Results:  
Middle-clicking should open a new tab or window, depending upon the user's
preference.
