The test in the page http://www.gov.nu.ca/Nunavut/Inuktitut/ is in Unicode.
There are Inuktitut characters as well as European characters for punctuation
and numbers. The european characters do not render correctly and are
replaced by glyphs with diacritics.
The page renders perfectly with Safari on OS X.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load http://www.gov.nu.ca/Nunavut/Inuktitut/ in Firefox 1.0
2. Read :)

Actual Results:
The page rendered not correctly as described above

Expected Results:
The punctuation signs and the numbers should have been represented
correctly.

highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
