In the page http://orphis.free.fr/bugfirefox1.html you can see two dropdown
lists, one in each frame. The first one has to be partially hidden for the bug
to "work". Click on the partially hidden (the one on the top) dropdown an try to
highlight the items, it simply doesn't work whereas the second dropdown list
works fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make an horizontal frameset with two frames and a dropdown list in the top one.
2. Resize the frames to hide a little the dropdown.
3. Click on the dropdown list and try to highlist any item.

Actual Results:  
The items don't highlight.

Expected Results:  
It should have highlighted the items when my mouse are over them.

Reproduced with AVIARY build, worksforme with trunk build.
