the problem with flash is bug 235081, assuming you have an old flash plugin Mr David B Weintraub: you're not seeing this bug. please file a new one.

The site has been redesigned, there are no menus AFAICT. Flash appears to be working on the page. Please file a separate bug if you still can't login on the site. ->INCOMPLETE
