the menu are not displayed correctly. background pic on top left corner is not
displayed. the flash menu are also not displayed. login failure to this site
which is using jsp

Steps to Reproduce:
1. everytime you login even when all plugins are installed

same as above

Expected Results:  
should display the page as if I am using IE and also allow me to login

the problem with flash is bug 235081, assuming you have an old flash plugin

Still not working on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1)

The site has been redesigned, there are no menus AFAICT.  Flash appears
to be working on the page.  Please file a separate bug if you still
can't login on the site.
