Details

The installer of Mozilla Thunderbird installs a link in the Start Menu called
"Profile Manager". To be consistent with the naming it should called "Mozilla
Thunderbird (Profile Manager)"

Current it creates the following links:
- "Mozilla Thunderbird"
- "Mozilla Thunderbird (Safe Mode)"
- "Profile Manager"

It should create these:
- "Mozilla Thunderbird"
- "Mozilla Thunderbird (Safe Mode)"
- "Mozilla Thunderbird (Profile Manager)"
Mmm, a Profile Manager item in the Start Menu. Those were the good old days.
