If one trys to ctrl-tab through the tabs in the page-info window, one gets stuck
on the security tab, from which it is impossible to ctrl-tab off of.  You can
ctrl-shift-tab past the content tab to the security tab, but you are still
stuck.  So there was obviously an intent to allow you to loop through the tabs.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open the page info window
2.ctrl-tab around
3.get stuck on the security tab



Expected Results:  
should be able to get off of the security tab

yep, had troubles filing the other one, and then it didn't turn up in a search,
guess it takes time for them to work their way into the system.  Sorry about that.
