long list of bookmarks on a maximised browser when restored to small window and
you scroll down to you bookamrks (to the end) then maximise your window, the
bookmarks cut out from the scroll are missing and the browser must be closed and
opened again to fix the problem

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. fill bookmarks to bottom of page (or near)
2. restore window to smaller form
3. scroll to end bookmark
4. maximise winidow and click bookmarks
5. bookmarks from 'out of scroll' are missing
Actual Results:  
bookmarks were gone and needed close broweser and open again to fix

Expected Results:  
shown all the bookmarks as normal (when maximised) not as minimised

Please reopen when you can reproduce with a trunk build and clear steps on how
to reproduce this bug.
