svg files should display html contained within foreignObject

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
yellow bar displayed

Expected Results:  
also displayed green text "Geronimo"

Works fine with cairo and gdi+ - either libart or mac specific.

No, it's libart specific - foreignObject html text doesn't appear on
libart/linux either.

the attachment in this bug doesn't work for me.
