I have updated the main CuteMenus package to work with Firefox 1.0 Final
it can be found at http://downloads.mozdev.org/cute/cutemenus04.xpi
Please update

to be available and for 1.0

I can confirm that this extension seems to work fine with Firefox 1.0

Come on people you just have to update the file on your server with the one from
http://downloads.mozdev.org/cute/cutemenus04.xpi and make the extension
available for 1.0 !

There is still problem !! when you click (Install Now) on the main extenseion
page in umo
(https://update.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?application=firefox&id=23&vid=614)
it still redirects to the not-updated versions

Are you saying that
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/extensions/cutemenus/cutemenus-0.4-fx.xpi
isn't the right XPI?

Yeah, the correct version and the latest is:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/extensions/cutemenus/cutemenus04.xpi
Please correct it :)

They have the same file sizes, and the one we point to meets _our_ naming
convention.  However, the date stamps are rather different.  I'll tear it down
and re-point it later.

Yes the sizes are soma but just in cutemenus04.xpi the supported Firefox verions
is bumped to allow installs on 1.0 :)

Come one people PLEASE!!! fix it, I recieve emails every day telling me that the
extension is not working on Firefox 1.0 while IT IS working and you just need to
point to the cutemenus04.xpi file !!!

This is an interesting situation. Somehow, the newer file got added after the
repository was last consistency checked, w/o having a DB record pointing to it.
(I'm not understanding quite how this happened. heh) Which is why the
consistency checking done since then, hasn't caught the valid file and renamed
it over the other.

Though in this case, the database is correct. As that file is the one we want to
point to (name-wise.) but it should've been replaced by the newer (but
wrongly-named) file.

As for getting this bug addressed in a timely fashion, its difficult for me to
act on (or even know about) bugs that are assigned to [e-mail] w/ only
the whiteboard saying "requires sysadmin".

File renamed over the other, the ftp mirrors will have to pick up on this change
of course, give it an hour or so. (Assuming all the mirrors are operating normally)
