After installing Firefox version 1.0, I get an error message when trying to open
local html files (inside directories named in portuguese language) while another
webpage is loaded in Firefox.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load any webpage within Firefox
2. Double click any local html file inside a directory named in portuguese language

Actual Results:  
Error message: The file (...) cannot be found. Please check the location and try
again.

Expected Results:  
It should have loaded the file

This problem never happened with FF version 1.0 PR
