Full-screen browser window: Firefox does not support window.open(..., ..., "fullscreen=yes") because it is a security hole. Even Internet Explorer no longer supports it. Full-page plugin: Your Flash object has width="100%" and height="100%" and the page has an XHTML Transitional doctype. Using height="100%" in this way is nonstandard and Firefox only supports it in quirks mode. One way to make Firefox honor the height="100%" is to remove the doctype, putting Firefox into quirks mode.
