Steps:
(1) Go to the link: http://www.mapquest.com/features/main.adp?page=mqtoolbar
(2) Click the "Install the MapQuest Toolbar"
(3) Receive the following error message:
System Requirements

    * Microsoft Windows (95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 or XP)
    * Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 or greater


Your browser does not appear to meet these requirements.
For this reason, MapQuest toolbar installation has been cancelled.

Please ensure that you are running Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher, for
the Windows operating system.


To check your Internet Explorer version, select "About Internet Explorer" on
your web browser's "Help" menu.
The version is the number to the right of the word "Version:".
(4) Is there a way to trick the website into letting them think I'm trying to
download from the Internet Explorer.
