For user-friendliness, it would be sensible to give the saved search folder a 
different icon (presumably a modified folder icon) to distinguish it from the 
standard folder icon.  This will prevent confusion (e.g. users attempting to 
drag-and-drop items to the saved search folders and wondering why it doesn't 
work!)
