GP: I don't see why not. Although in my patches I just used the UTF-8 character
because I copy/pasted from a place which didn't have the © character entity.

Nevertheless, I don't see the problem with it. It is also a good means to ensure
the file stays UTF-8 (if a file doesn't have any other 'special' (non-ASCII)
characters, there's no way to distinguish it from a regular Latin-1 file and my
text editor will consider it as such).

This fixes some errors in shortcuts.xhtml.

Another translation thing: by now I have seen 3 different translations for
'Reload': Herladen, Verversen, and Vernieuwen.

I suggest from now on we use Vernieuwen, although I'd say Verversen is an OK
candidate as well.
I added this to the vertaalwoordenboek Wiki page too.

(mostly ’ one) to UTF sign - meaby just use ' apostrophe here?
Also no other langpack uses copy sign in place © entity so i think it would
be good to leave it.

If someone takes over my patches, what about doing it CORRECTLY instead of
undoing everything I did. If you have objections, raise them with me, if you did
it by mistake, PLEASE be more careful in the future.
