database table names and primary key names have unecessary prefixes.  might make
development easier to have shorter names.

Mike mostly did this out of habit.  The names are arbitrary, really.  When time
is more abundant and other high-priority items have been taken care of, Mike
will take a look and do some search/replace voodoo.

Don't need to do this right now.  It's annoying but changing all table names and column prefixes is not exciting to me -- could introduce regressions so I'm punting on it.
