If shockwave uses a custom cursor instead of the default hand, and you bring up
the context menu, then two cursors will appear in the shockwave object from then on.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to: http://www.fossan.us/flashtrek/assault.swf
2. Right click in the shockwave game to bring up the context menu.
3. Exit the context menu.

Actual Results:  
The default hand cursor appears when it shouldn't.

Expected Results:  
Only the in-game cursor should appear.
