when you open a page the page loads but the note saying document contains no
data error message still comes up. 

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to any site (ex. search on google)
2. wait for the page to load
3. error message comes up but page is still funcioning

Actual Results:  
error message pops up 

Expected Results:  
same as above (error message pops up)
