270535 - re-openinig of Mozilla pre-selects "offline mode" similar when selecting on board email

Appears a normal operation of browser and email functions in online mode are
working as designed. Shutting down and re-opening at some later/next day etc.
Appears the mode of operation is from previous cached access. Browser is now
in offline mode on next startup. I didn't select or check those prior to
shutting down. I find similar I can open the browser select the mail icon bottom
left of 
window frame (mozilla's tool tray). Open mail, obtain new mail. Respond to one
of those mailer's and I'm presented with "Send Later". Small annoyance.
Re-select to work online. Proceed. Find I have to shut down and restart mozilla
again with choosen profile. 

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open mozilla
2. browse home page and few selected bookmarks
3. shut down browser. (click either top right "X" or file exit or double click
mozilla icon top left courner.  Next time openning find I'm now offline mode.

Actual Results:  
As mentioned its not all the time. But I find similar with mail reader. 


Expected Results:  
Click selected ICON on desktop or quick launch from Total Commander 6.01 as a
quick launch (similar to mickey softs office cmd launch toolbar utility). Surf
to home page and any page (this is normal) shut down - restart from clicking
icon and profile to use. Find now I'm offline. Should remain in online mode
unless I manually select to work offline.  Same if I were to open the browser -
select email icon. Read/Send mail shut down - restart. Still send/rec mail
normally in online mode. ( find this too sometimes - automagically selects
offline mode. ) when I respond or reply to new email. Get 'send later' shut
totally down - restart - reselect email icon. Click send from previous session. 
Go - done carry on.   

Sorry to hassle you guys. This truely is still my most fav browser/mailer.
Firefox and thunderbird products, I haven't see this irk, but with the full
mozilla package ( re Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.3)
Gecko/20040910 ) .. I find this to be annoying. Specially in a fast mode - gotta
quick check only to find I'm offline mode. 

PS: I'm clicking minor with work around - shut down browser start session again. 
simple but tad annoying. (sorry for double chatter in notations. ) Tim C.
