"Security" should be moved lower in the Task menu list

In the Task menu list, "Security" should be moved into a lower section.  It 
doesn't belong with the main apps -- Navigator, IM, Mail, etc.

I would recommend a specific location, but I can't start Seamonkey now.

It definitely doesn't belong in the top, main apps sections.

Putting on PDT- radar for beta1.  Would like to get fixed for beta, but will not 
hold if matt is overloaded.

Need to check in files tasksOverlay.xul in main tree
and PSMtasksOverMenu.xul in commercial build
