When importing the IE bookmarks, it sorts them into alphabetical order before
putting them in the Firefox bookmarks, and loses the custom ordering visible in IE.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have bookmarks in IE in a non-alphabetical order
2. Migrate to Firefox
3. Watch as your bookmarks are magically sorted!

Actual Results:  
Alphabetically sorted bookmarks

Expected Results:  
Left the bookmarks in the order they were in IE.
