If using IE, a 3 or 4 frame image keep moving on the screen to show a moving
radar image of the area under view.  However when using Firefox, the 'loop'
buttons do nothing.

Expected Results:  
3 or 4 images should continously update like a quick movie showing radar images.
Works for Me.
