RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 196509

Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0

When I search for a bookmark using the search widget a set of matching bookmarks
is shown in the main bookmark pane. There is no UI that allows me to reveal
where a matched bookmark is in the bookmark hierarchy. I cannot delete matched
bookmarks in the bookmark search results either. The search filter seems to be
design finding bookmarks for the purpose of opening them. How on earth to I
find a bookmark within the hierarchy itself.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. search for a bookmark (that gets 1 or more hits)
2. there is no way to determine where in the bookmark hierarchy (the pane at the
left) the matched bookmarks were found. Arrghh
3.

Expected Results:
When you select a bookmark in the search results it should synchronize the
bookmark hiearchy at the left to show where the bookmark actually resides.
Dup of bug 196509 and/or bug 171575, which both seem to be the same thing.
